Here are the most important guidelines for the campaign:
1. What happens if the goal is not reached?
If the amount of registered participants does not reach 3000 during the campaign period, the campaign offer will not be realized and the season pass will not be charged. Laajis has the right to realize the offer on other amounts as well.
2. Do I have to pay the season pass immediately after the reservation?
Season pass is reserved at the web shop and the price will be reserved on the account immediately. If the offer is not realized the reserved funds will be returned.
3. Do I have to pay even if the campaign offer is not realized?
NO. The reserved funds will be returned to your account if the campaign offer is not realized. The binding reservation obliges to pay in situation when the campaign goals are reached.
4. Do I have to purchase a season pass at the normal price (adults 415 €, young people 325 €, children 275 €) if the campaign does not reach it’s goals?
No, participation in the campaign does not require you to buy a season pass at a normal price. The obligation to pay only relates to a reserved season pass with the campaign price.
5. When is the season pass valid? Can I use it also during the summer season?
The season pass is valid for the Laajis winter season 2018-19 as soon as the season begins. The opening hours of the season will be updated on the website. The season pass does not entitle you to use the Laajis lifts during the summer season.
6. Can I cancel a season pass reservation before the end of the campaign?
The reservation can not be canceled. Once you are registered, it is binding and you are obligated to purchase a season pass at the promotional price if the campaign reaches it’s goals. Laajis reserves the right to realize the campaign offer on other reserved amounts.
7. How do I know whether or not the campaign reaches the goal?
We will email immediately all who have made reservations as the campaign reaches it’s goals.
8. How do I pay my season pass?
Season pass is reserved at the web shop and the price will reserved from your account simultaneously. If the campaign offer is not realized, the funds will be returned to your account.
9. How do I redeem my season pass?
Season pass is reserved at the web shop and the price is charged instantly. You will receive a receipt and reservation number with the reservation by email, keep this info. If the campaign offer is realized and you’ve reserved a season pass and a Keycard (6€), these can be picked at the Laajis ticket point (in the slope restaurant). If you’ve reserved the season pass to an existing Keycard (compatible with our SkiData system) the season pass will be activated when you use the Keycard for the first time at the lift gate. If the campaign offer is not realized, the funds charged will be returned and the season passes that have been purchased for own Keycards will be cancelled automatically.
10. What age groups need a ski pass?
Children under the age of six wearing a helmet can ski for free with a paying parent. For those under the age of six, there is no need for a lift ticket or a season pass if they ski with an adult who has a valid ski pass. The campaign price of a season pass (150€) is the same for all ages who need a lift ticket to ski in Laajis.
