Red Bull Crashed Ice 2019
At the track on 2019 again!
Ice Cross Downhill World Championships lands again at Jyväskylä and Laajis! On 2.2.2019 the crowds have a chance to follow this fast sport when Crashed Ice event is competed on the longest track in the world which in addition is the only natural ice track on the Crashed Ice series. The 630 m long Laajis track will offer lot of action between competitors before the winners get a chance to lift their arms up at the finish line.
As a spectator?
There are no parking at the event place. Local bus 25 is driving through the event time from city center to Laajis every 5 minutes. Free parking lot is at the Killeri. Bus will drive nonstoply from Killeri to Laajis. Bus ticket prices are normal. (Adult one-way ticket 3€, below 17 years old kid 1,5€.) Taxi stand is on the front yard of Laajis at the corner of hostel.
Eating and drinking
At the event day there are coffee, hot chocolate, hot dogs and bun on sale at the Ski rental. At the restaurant you can buy drinks and snacks. Hot dogs and drinks are also on sale at the Adventure Park’s cash. You can also buy drinks from the Dome.
